I.Subject of the contract

1. I.1By this contract the dog hands Madam control over his life, freely, knowingly and under no pressure, to the extent set out in this contract and in Madam’s instructions.
2. I.2Madam takes the dog into her ownership and undertakes to give him guidance, discipline and attention to the degree she herself considers appropriate.

II.Obedience and discipline

1. II.1The dog carries out Madam’s instructions without delay, without discussion and without negotiation.
2. II.2The dog accepts all of Madam’s rules, including those she sets later. Not knowing a rule is no excuse.
3. II.3Punishment, its form and its extent are decided by Madam alone.

III.Supervision

1. III.1The dog allows Madam to supervise his movements, his time, his communication and his decisions to the extent Madam determines.
2. III.2The dog reports to Madam at the intervals and in the form Madam sets.

IV.Time and meetings

1. IV.1The dog meets Madam once or twice a month, or more often if Madam decides so.
2. IV.2Madam sets the dates. The dog keeps them free ahead of every other obligation.

V.Money

1. V.1During the trial period the dog sends Madam €150 a month, always by the 10th of the month.
2. V.2At every meeting in person the dog places €250 in Madam’s hands as a sign of devotion.
3. V.3Once accepted into full slavery, the dog hands his income over to Madam. Madam decides how much is left to the dog for his living and his obligations.

VI.Fidelity and silence

1. VI.1The dog belongs to Madam alone. Without her consent he serves no other woman.
2. VI.2The dog keeps silent about Madam, her privacy and everything their relationship contains. A breach is grounds for immediate termination.

VII.Limits and safety

1. VII.1The dog has told Madam his health limitations and his hard limits truthfully and in full. Madam respects them.
2. VII.2The relationship rests on the free will of both parties. The dog is aware that he may end it at any time — and that by doing so he loses his place at Madam’s feet.

VIII.Duration and termination

1. VIII.1The contract is concluded for an indefinite period.
2. VIII.2Madam may release the dog at any time without giving a reason.
3. VIII.3This contract is not a legally enforceable document. It is a bond of honour, of devotion, and of the dog’s will to belong to Madam.
